Booking Policy

We make booking your dune buggy adventure in Ajman as simple and flexible as possible. Reservations can be made through our website, over the phone, or via WhatsApp. Once a booking request is received, our team will confirm availability and send you the details. Guests are requested to provide correct contact information, the number of participants, and preferred timings to avoid any inconvenience. For larger groups or customized bookings, advance notice is required so we can make suitable arrangements.

Payment Terms

To secure your reservation, an advance payment may be required depending on the type of booking. The balance can be paid upon arrival or before the tour begins, as agreed with our team. All our prices are quoted in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise specified, and may vary slightly depending on the season or demand. We accept payments through cash, card, or bank transfer, ensuring convenience for our guests. Any optional add-ons such as VIP seating, eagle photography, or quad biking must be paid separately to our staff or authorized partners.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected changes can happen, and that’s why we follow a flexible cancellation policy. Guests who cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour are entitled to a full refund. For cancellations made on the day of the tour, a 50% refund will be processed as a goodwill gesture. However, no refunds will be provided in cases of no-shows without any prior notice. Refunds are always returned to the original payment method, and the processing time may take up to 7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Tour Rules & Safety

The safety of our guests is our top priority, and we ensure that all buggy rides are conducted under professional supervision. Guests are required to follow the instructions of our guides at all times for their own safety. Pregnant women, elderly individuals, or those with back and neck problems are strongly advised against participating in high-adrenaline activities such as dune bashing or buggy driving. Children can join the tour but must be accompanied by an adult, and specific age restrictions apply for buggy driving. We reserve the right to deny participation if safety guidelines are not followed.

Liability

While we maintain strict safety standards and well-maintained vehicles, dune buggy adventures involve an element of risk due to the desert environment. By booking with us, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at their own responsibility. Ajman Dune Buggy Tours will not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or personal loss of belongings during the tour. Guests are encouraged to secure their valuable items such as phones, cameras, and wallets before the ride. We also recommend that all participants consider travel insurance for additional protection.

Changes & Rescheduling

Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, government regulations, or operational issues may result in changes to the tour schedule. If Ajman Dune Buggy Tours cancels a trip due to such reasons, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another suitable date. If guests themselves wish to reschedule, they must inform us at least 24 hours before the tour, and changes will be subject to availability. This ensures we can accommodate other guests fairly and manage resources efficiently.

Customer Responsibility

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, guests are expected to arrive on time at the agreed pickup point or desert location. Late arrivals may result in reduced tour time or cancellation without refund. Please make sure to carry a valid ID or passport, as it may be required for verification purposes before the tour begins.

We also advise all guests to wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes suitable for desert conditions. Sunglasses, hats, and sunscreen are highly recommended to protect against the sun. It is the guest’s responsibility to listen carefully to the safety briefing and drive responsibly to avoid accidents. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in termination of the ride without any refund.

2. Understanding Risks: It’s essential to comprehend that off-road adventures, including dune buggy tours, involve inherent risks and uncertainties. While we take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety, we cannot eliminate the possibility of unforeseen incidents.
3. Assumption of Risk: By booking and participating in our tours, each traveler acknowledges that they are assuming certain inherent risks associated with desert activities. These risks may include, but are not limited to, vehicle-related accidents, environmental factors, and personal injury.

Release of Liability: Dune Buggy Tours in Ajman and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity, or inconvenience that may arise during the course of the tour. Each traveler agrees to release, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of or related to their participation in our tours.
5. Compliance with Instructions: Travelers are required to adhere to all safety guidelines, instructions, and rules provided by our experienced guides and staff. Non-compliance may result in the termination of the tour without any liability on our part.
